English translation incomplete

Under Other Rules | Detailed editing, only the main categories "System", "Taskbar", and "Start Menu" are rendered in English. All their subcategories (with the exception of System/Context Menu, oddly enough) are in Chinese, so English speakers can't know what to edit.
