project can't run

Describe the bug when i compile and run npm run start-app the project is runing but i can't do any thing else indexing a local repo. i click other button is not effective

Expected behavior i want run it useful,i can't create new project

To Reproduce How can we reproduce the bug? Helpful information could include: ubuntu 22.4 npm 10.8.2 node 20.17.0
