A cleaner Read Me file

Hi,

Currently, the README page is becoming cluttered. A first impression helps a lot to independent projects and my impression is that the current README file is not giving a fair impression on the actual implications of the model. I attached a README file with my view on how it could make a better first impression and help people get introduced to the project.

Let me know what your thoughts are.

Edit: Now we have a new "ROSA" architecture but still this attachment can serve (at the very least) as a reference point.
