Add AI search criteria to motion search

As an optional extension to the motion search feature, include the capability (when GenAI is configured) to have AI check each instance of detected motion for a particular type of visual detail (object present, tool present, etc.)

Needs to be implemented in a non-extending way, meaning there is no history of frames so it does not require a large amount of context.
