Complementary tool: spec contracts for skill folders (open source)

Humanizer fixes how skills sound; skill-spec fixes what they promise. We open-sourced a six-section SPEC template + zero-dependency linter (Purpose / Interface / Procedure / Acceptance / Guards / Honest limits, exit 0/1) that turns SKILL.md folders into falsifiable units: github.com/chenhz01/skill-spec. Together they cover tone and contract. Ignore if not relevant.
