Older CPU Support AVX

Electrobun won't work on my machine.

CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2690 (Sandy Bridge, 2012) — has AVX but not AVX2 Electrobun CLI binary requires AVX2 instructions Result: Illegal instruction (core dumped) when running bunx electrobun init Building from source is complex and may still have the same issue (Zig compiler defaults)
