Vivaldi: The sidebar opens when BW locks

Steps To Reproduce

If Bitwarden locks after a while, the Vivaldi sidebar will open automatically.

Expected Result

Bitwarden should just lock itself, and that's it. Nothing should open in the browser.

Actual Result

When locked, the Vivaldi sidebar opens.

Additional Context

Starting with version 2025.5.0, the sidebar opens automatically when the Bitwarden browser extension locks. This issue also persists in version 2025.5.1.

This problem did not exist before and has definitely been present since version 2025.5.0.
