Add community votes and sorting

Since we got a ton of awesome-resources by now, it has become quite difficult to go through them all and see whats really interesting and what really have a demand behind.

It would be nice to add the option so users can identify and vote for the resources on the listage, like giving a star, and then people could sort the resources by most voted. Since this looks like a very community-driven bible of resources, I think it would be a good and useful addition.

Its a similar use-case to #307 , the difference is that people would base their opinion on the huge curated list.
