Issue with Email Rate Limiting - Emails Sending All at Once

Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the sending rate limits in BillionMail. Instead of distributing or throttling the emails according to the configured limits, the system sends all emails at once in a single batch.

This causes serious delivery and throttling issues with the SMTP servers/PowerMTA. Could you please check why the rate limiting is not being applied or how to properly enforce sending limits so emails are sent gradually?
