Issue with Tracking URL /pmta/* Returning 404 Not Found

Hello Support Team,

I am using BillionMail, and I am encountering a 404 Not Found error whenever the system or PowerMTA attempts to process tracking links that start with the /pmta/ prefix (for example: http://mail.yourdomain.com/pmta/...).

Even though the core panel is running smoothly, these tracking requests are blocked or unrecognized by the routing system, returning a 404 response and breaking click/open tracking.

Could you please advise on how to properly whitelist or support the /pmta/ routing path natively in the core application, or provide the correct configuration to ensure tracking links function properly?
