hx-boost="true" and hx-push-url="false" not working for anchor URL in v2.0.10

Consider this example:

<div hx-boost="true" hx-push-url="false">
  <a href="/page1">Go To Page 1</a>
  <a href="/page2">Go To Page 2</a>
</div>

HTMX is ignoring the hx-push-url="false" and pushes the URL. I am not sure if this is an intended behavior but I do remember it used to works in previous version of HTMX.
