Information contained within tooltip is not available via the keyboard, 508 issue.

What's the current behavior?

I am displaying the event title, start and end times in the tooltip. But the screen reader JAWS does not read the tooltip

What's the expected behavior?

The screen reader should be able to read the tooltip
