[Feature Request] Add an option to delete/keep KV namespace when deleting panel

[Feature Request] When deleting the panel, please add an option (e.g. a checkbox) allowing users to choose whether to delete the associated Cloudflare KV namespace.

• Checked: Delete both panel and KV namespace for complete cleanup.
• Unchecked: Delete panel only and keep KV namespace to save configurations for future redeployments.
