[Feature] Allow users to modify enabled plugins on crash screen

Describe the feature you'd like!

When Discord crashes, it would be helpful to also allow us to modify our plugin list directly on the crash screen. This would be extremely helpful for when we find the culprit via the error details but can't access Discord settings due to Discord instantly crashing upon refreshing.
