[Feature] BD System Badges

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No its not related to problem.

Describe the feature you'd like Feature would be like DB custom badges, like in settings you would have option to enable/disable feature called "Show BetterDiscord Badges" that will turn on/off badge display, badges would be following: Plugin/Theme Creator, Contributor, Support... ect.. Look images bellow.
