Feature request: Bluetooth UUID lookup through CLUES

I've created a reusable repository of vendor-specific/custom Bluetooth UUIDs in the CLUES project, in support of my Blue2thprinting research. Most importantly I believe in "cites or it didn't happen", so I'm including citations of why a UUID is believed to be what it's stated to be. (I will eventually make a separate file for a tier-2 dataset that's automatically generated from my BT data collection; but for now I'm focusing on the tier-1 manually-verified values.)

The data is licensed CC-BY-SA and released as a standalone git repo to make it easy to incorporate as a submodule. As it looks like a BLE rewrite is underway, this seems like an opportune time to start incorporating this data.
