[Idea] Multiple Empty Line Cleaner

A suggestion for a new tool inside StackEdit: an action to clean the empty multilines, replacing them by 1 only empty line.

ps: the link to Chrome Extension is broken, but I can't find in Chrome Extensions website the extension "stackedit"
