Application not launching

I am running Win11 25H2 and I try to launch DLSS Swapper portable 1.2.6.1 I got a message from Windows Smart Screen, that some functions of DLSS swapper were disabled. No DLSS swapper window appeared I tried to disanle some protection functions, but typing in "Smart screen" into the search of my german Windows did not give me any results. There are no settings with smartt screen s headlkine. What a crap.

I disabled realtime protection but no change. DLSS swapper is running as a taksk but there is no app-window.

After a reboot it gave me again this message saying some dll is unknown. I do not have the ability to read this message again or make a screenshot. When I click on the timeline of my system messages I am lead to a webpage https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/windows/security/threat-malware-protection/smart-app-control-has-blocked-part-of-this-app this time it is named "Smart App Control"

Which states "Es gibt derzeit keine Möglichkeit, den Smart App Control-Schutz für einzelne Apps zu umgehen. Sie können Smart App Control deaktivieren oder (noch besser) den Entwickler der App kontaktieren und ihn bitten, seine App mit einer gültigen Signatur zu signieren." There is no way at all to disable the app protection. The ONLY way is that the developer gives his app a certificate. I know that a certificate is expensive and has to be renwed every 2nd year.

So I forget abou using DLSS swapper.

Now I reverted my setting "run as Windows 8" and rebooted. Now I get a Window and again a message, that parts of DLSS swapper were blocked. It is not known, who developed Nito.AsyncEx.Tasks.dll, because it is not signed,

The other dlls are also not signed...

I got the program window but it does not find any games (circling).
