[Feature request] Cleanup old R2 assets

Describe what this adds or solves

There are old assets in R2 which should no longer be used. These should be deleted.

Describe the solution you'd like

Scan the R2 bucket and compare that list of known files. Then call delete on all the old files to be deleted. This should be about 1/3rd of all files. This comes from before we renamed the file structure.

This update helps migrate the data to an additional service as a mirror.
