Release a version which limits max glyph heights

For certain special characters (e.g., 〱), this font uses an excessively large line height, which causes normal characters to appear misaligned in some display contexts (e.g., when used as a system font on mobile devices). I would like a version where the height of all characters is constrained within the upper and lower bounds of common Latin characters (as Microsoft YaHei does). (Of course, if you don't release one, that's fine too…)
