Bottom-serifed variants of reversed ze have the serif at the top

Setting 'cv91' to 3 or 6 and setting 'cv92' to 3, 6, or 10 select bottom-serifed variants of U+0417 CYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER ZE and U+0437 CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER ZE and similar characters, except that for reversed versions of those characters like U+0510 CYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER REVERSED ZE and U+0511 CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER REVERSED ZE, they select top-serifed variants.
