No way to look for leftovers after uninstall

After doing a Windows uninstallation (in this case, of three Dell SupportAssist apps), I looked under Tools to check for leftovers, but could not find a way to find leftovers. I think BCU requires that it be used for uninstallation, but I was following a third party guidance to unistall this product.
