Is your feature request related to a problem?

Just like other features, it should be possible to set a specific trigger condition to automatically turn on the hotspot.

How would you like the problem to be solved?

In situations where there's no Wi-Fi or when device isolation restrictions exist on a local area network, using a computer's hotspot allows you to connect your own devices. While manually enabling it isn't a huge hassle, it would definitely be a pleasing convenience if we could set a trigger event to automatically turn it on.

What alternatives have you considered?

Manually enable it, or use existing script commands found on the internet to create one.
