Add option to exclude views from `.phpstorm.meta.php` file

Summary

I am using Laravel Idea plugin in phpstorm and I get suggestions for views both from the plugin and the phpstorm meta file about the possible views. It would be awesome if there was an option that excludes the views from the .phpstorm.meta.php
