Etcher select target not match

I got problem with selecting target when i chose flash file the target selection is just grey and i cant select target I installed etcher 84/64

PC windows 10 pro

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz 238 GB SSD INTEL SSDSC2KW256G8L Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 (128 MB)

Have someone got with that issue?
