Cannot download BalenaEtcher.

I have typed the command " sudo apt install ./balena-etcher_******_amd64.deb" but the syntax was incorrect, but the file exists. It happened so I told AI to help me and it showed me how to download it. and I did successfully downloaded it (in my old Linux Distribution I was using(, which was LInux Mint) and I need it to work on Ubuntu (Desktop) Please fix this issue.
