Merge "Settings" and "Configure" menus in Admin Panel

In the current Bagisto admin panel, there are two separate menu items: Settings and Configure. These often include overlapping or related configuration options, which can create confusion for users and add unnecessary complexity to navigation.

Merge the Settings and Configure menus into a single, unified section either named Settings or Configuration to streamline the admin interface and improve the overall user experience.

• Cleaner UI: Reduces visual clutter in the sidebar navigation.
• Consistency: Aligns with common admin panel design patterns across other platforms.
• Improved UX: Makes it easier for users to find and manage configuration options in one place.
• Lower Learning Curve: Especially helpful for new store administrators unfamiliar with the menu structure.
