Update baseUrl name over the codebase

As a follow-up for #10806 I went one by one over all services to make a list of these in need of a change to baseUrl Lets use this issue to track progress. As we have many services I might have missed some or added one that shouldn't be here, feel free to let me know if you spotted a required correction
