Catalog: The background of the content margins appears white

When deploying the ArgoCD frontend, the background of the content margins is displayed as white.

Expected behavior

It should appear in the same color as theme

Reproduction steps

1. npx @backstage/create-app@latest
2. yarn --cwd packages/app add @backstage-community/plugin-argocd
3. yarn start
4. navigate to some pages
