[Ulduar] XT boombots explosions trigger early and only do 500 dmg

Triage Notes: Repro:

• .tele xt
• .cheat god on
• pull the boss and damage it till the heart phase
• keep damaging it slowly and when the mini robots appear go for the one that has bombs, damage is slightly with 3000 damage
• observe when the bomb robot reach 50% he will explode, also the damage is so low

Current Behaviour

XT's XE-321 Boombots trigger their Boom at 50% instead of death, and the explosion only deals ~500 damage since their weapon damage is also ~500.

XE-321 Boombot's Boom hits XT-002 Deconstructor for 465 Fire. XE-321 Boombot's Boom hits XE-321 Boombot for 551 Fire. XE-321 Boombot's Boom hits XS-013 Scrapbot for 449 Fire.

The instakill property of the Boom spell is also not triggering properly, so the exploded boombots keep walking after blowing up at 50% hp.

Expected Behaviour

Boombots should blow up on their death, not at 50%.

Boombots should do significantly more damage with their explosions. The explosion scales off their weapon damage, so that should be upped so they do ~18k damage rather than 500.

The instakill property on the Boom spell should work properly.

Steps to reproduce the problem

.teleport Ulduar zone in .cheat god .go creature id 33293 push it into heart phase with .damage so adds spawn hit the bomb bot with .damage 10000 until it blows up at 50%, and take 500 dmg from the explosion
