Corrupted Wisdom is not being applied to paladin with JoTW during General Vezax encounter

Expected Behaviour

Corrupted Wisdom should be applied to every paladin with JoTW during General Vezax encounter

Retail Wotlk you can see the whole fight Corrupted Wisdom is applied to the ret paladin Wotlk Retail Wotlk Classic

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. make a paladin & .level 79
2. add points into the retribution tree until you reach Judgements of the Wise
3. .go c id 33271
4. fight General Vezax
5. see that you don't get Corrupted Wisdom debuff
