"Toggle Frame Advancing" remains in hotkeys menu despite feature being removed

Description of Issue

In https://github.com/azahar-emu/azahar/pull/338, the toggle for frame advancing was coupled into the general pause emulation button. As such, the standalone frame advance toggle option was removed from the Tools context menu, but the hotkey remains mapped and present in the hotkeys menu:

Expected Behavior

The hotkey should not be present in the hotkeys menu, as the "toggle frame advance" feature does not exist anymore.

Reproduction Steps

Open the hotkeys menu and see "Toggle Frame Advance" in the list. Attempt to use the hotkey and observe that it does not do anything.
