Describe the feature

Add a parameter to the configuration that allows users to specify the S3 access point and folder or a S3 bucket where data for preview Regions is available via the onboarding process referenced in the docs for the Capability Insights for AWS tool and enable the get_regional_availability tool to use that data.

Use Case

I need to build solutions for customers that require knowledge of differences in services and features across partitions and Regions, including those not in the publicly available data.

Proposed Solution

Add a parameter to the configuration that allows users to specify a S3 bucket where data for preview Regions is downloaded via the onboarding process referenced in the docs for the Capability Insights for AWS tool and enable the get_regional_availability tool to use that data.
