snap channel v2/stable not up to date

Describe the bug

The AWS CLI snap channel for v2 is not up to date with the most recent minor version of the CLI.

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

The current version of the CLI available via the v2/stable channel would be 2.36.15 as of 2026-08-03.

Current Behavior

The v2/stable channel is stuck at version 2.35.21 as of 2026-05-04.
