Listing request: SandBase CLI project for OpenCode

SandBase CLI has a dedicated OpenCode adapter and appears to meet this list's project requirements. The earlier PR #602 was closed when its temporary fork was removed; it received no rejection comments. Could a maintainer add or restore the entry without requiring the fork to remain?
