Don't show Gift Subscription banner without site owner permission
Why
I understand we automatically show the Gift Subscription banner on plans that are not set to auto-renew, but business owners may find the banner embarrassing and not realize it's there til they view their site as someone else.
How
One idea: when people turn off auto renew, we could offer the chance to show a gift subscription banner so they can choose there.
