Have a common user dictionary across all plugins on Windows11

What problem does this solve? I use the software in Firefox, Chrome, Obsidian, VS Code. Each plugin has it's own 'user dictionary' and I have to keep adding the same words across all 4.

Proposed Solution Easiest option would be to have all plugins, point to the same file on windows. That file can sit in c/user/documents.
