Harper Version 2.11.0 not working with any applications on Mac OS 26.6.2

Harper is installed and works in the 'open editor' text box, but whenever trying to use it on any other application Harper turns itself off.

When turned on Harper highlights several corrections, but once you click into the application and try to click on one of the corrections, the indicator in the menu bar goes red and the service turns off. I've deleted and reinstalled, revoked and returned access to permissions, and tested Harper in several different applications (Scrivener, LibreOffice, Messenger, Safari, Mail, etc.) and each one experienced the same issue.

Please let me know if there is any way to fix this issue as I cannot currently use the program.
