[Bug]: "Stage Name" filter on Recruitment Stages crashes with a server error

Description:
On the Recruitment configuration screen, the Stages list (for example "New", "Interview", "Hired") has a filter option called "Stage Name". Selecting it does not work and instead breaks the page.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in as an admin.
- Go to Recruitment → Configurations → Stages.
- Click the filter icon and choose "Add rule".
- From the list of fields, select "Stage Name".
Actual Behaviour:
The page shows an "Internal Server Error" instead of letting you search or filter by stage name.
Expected Behaviour:
Selecting "Stage Name" should let you filter the list by typing or matching a stage's name, without any error.
