Audacity does not respect system bluetooth audio output device

Bug description

When a pair of Bluetooth headphones are connected to my laptop, every application knows to use these headphones. Audacity, however, seems to think they don't exist, and instead uses my laptop speakers.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect bluetooth headphones and ensure they are selected for your system-wide audio output.
2. Open an audacity project with audio.
3. Play the project.

Expected behavior

The project is played through your connected bluetooth headphones.

Actual behavior

Audacity plays the track through your system speakers.
