Conversion from aup3 to aup4 results in messed up clips

Bug description

I have an aup3 project that I'd like to use in audacity 4.0, but when I open it, a bunch of clips are time stretched, and when I move a clip next to another one, a lot of clips get shortened to be really tiny and unusable.

Steps to reproduce

Download this project, open it in audacity 4.

As you can see, the purple track has clips set to 69% speed, which should be 100%. If you drag some clips next to another one (so it snaps, it doesn't matter if they're already next to each other), I get this

Expected behavior

I expect it to load the same way it does in audacity 3.7

Additional context

I am using the appimage on fedora kde. It might be worth mentioning that the project was originally created on windows probably before 3.7.9, but now I've moved to linux and I'm trying to open it again in 4.0. I did also open it in 3.7.9 on linux and resaved it.
