Bug description

Version 4.0 does not allow saving project files if the filename contains the letter "ñ"; however, it does allow exporting WAV files with that character. The issue only arises when saving .au4 files.

Steps to reproduce

• File
• Save As
• any name with an "ñ", for example: Cada 4 años

Expected behavior

Version 4.0 does not allow saving project files if the filename contains the letter "ñ"; however, it does allow exporting WAV files with that character. The issue only arises when saving .au4 files.
