Install script installs agent hooks without asking, and there's no uninstall command

i've just installed atuin, and so far it's a great experience.

but i was perplexed when Codex warned me of unconfirmed hooks ,and i found out that many such hooks have been added to other agents as well.

Without an --uninstall command for the hooks, without a prompt during installation/init if the user is fine with that.

i also see hardly a benefit, i want to record the shell commands i use myself, not whatever agent has typed (which often is not reusable in normal scenarios)

i removed the hooks manually ,but i really question the practice of not asking the user for permission.
