Describe the issue.

I built a project in Unity 2020.3.48f1 containing an Animator Controller with a Base Layer (state assigned "New Animation 1") and a Synchronized Layer (state assigned "New Animation 2"), attached to a GameObject in the scene. After building and extracting with the latest release of AssetRipper, the AnimationClip on the Base Layer is exported correctly, but the AnimationClip reference on the Synchronized Layer shows as "None", as shown in Figure 1. I verified with UABE that the serialized reference to the clip does exist in the raw binary data, as shown in Figure 2, so the issue appears to be in AssetRipper's deserialization or export logic rather than in the Unity build itself.
