Error when trying to run with my own image

Description

I checked out latest head (may 20).

Run all setup on ubuntu 20 with python 3.11 in virtualenv

Steps to Reproduce

python preprocess_image.py data/princess_nobg1.png

python main.py -O --image princess_nobg1_rgba.png --workspace trial_image2 --iters 5000

Expected Behavior

no error
