dupeGuru does not open

Describe the bug Fail to launch the program at all.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'I downloaed dupeGuru_win64_4.3.1.exe
2. Click on 'https://github.com/arsenetar/dupeguru/releases/download/4.3.1/dupeGuru_win64_4.3.1.exe'
3. Installed the software to tried to launch it using dupeguru-win64.exe
4. Issue is the software never launches even if I open it as an administrator.

Expected behavior For the main software/interface to launch on pressing the .exe file

Additional context I checked my takemanager and the software is there but I don't see the software window/interface launch at all. Infact tried it multiple times and each time a new instance of the software tried to open as see in the attachment without it ever opening.
