[Device]: Add support for Logitech MX Master 2S

Please add support for the Logitech MX Master 2S mouse.

It would be helpful if OpenLogi could detect this device and support its common configuration features, such as DPI, SmartShift, thumb wheel, and button/gesture customization where supported by the device.
