Unable to deDRM 4 books from my kindle oasis (8th gen)

I have an old kindle oasis I'd like to import four books from. I've setup calibre, installed the kfx-input plugin and deDRM 10.0.9. I input the kindle's serial number into the customization.

But every time I import the files from the kindle then try to convert them to epub in calibre, it fails with the standard message saying they are DRM protected.
