Ⅰ. Issue Description
客户端服务开启Seata全局事务后，执行报错，具体错误信息：Caused by; org.apache.ibatis.exceptions.PersistenceException: not found service provider for : io.seata,sqlparser,druid.sQLOperateRecognizerHolder
初步分析应该是客户端服务使用国产Oceanbase数据库（ com.alipay.oceanbase.jdbc.Driver）驱动不支持导致。源码中没有Oceanbase的解析器
