[Bug] [Website] Star/Fork count shows "-" on homepage due to GitHub API rate limit

What happened

On the homepage https://dolphinscheduler.apache.org/en-us, the GitHub badge shows Star - Fork - instead of the actual star and fork counts.

What you expected to happen

It should show the real star/fork counts. The homepage calls the GitHub API without auth and hits the rate limit (403), so the counts become empty.

How to reproduce

Open the homepage from a network that has hit the GitHub API rate limit (e.g. shared corporate network).
